Grounded in the (belief) that “failure is not an option, or nothing beats a failure except the failure to try”- Saundra attended Michigan State University with both a bachelor’s and Master’s. Her 35 years’ experience was gained in 6 Fortune 500 companies. Her industry experience includes Oil, Gas & Petrochemical, Medical Technology & Distribution, Hospitality and Energy. She continues her education through ongoing learning opportunities and the achievement of professional certifications.
In 2000 Saundra started SRPro Consultants. As a People Strategist and Business Consultant she has worked and continues to work with many companies in diverse industries.
Saundra sits on several Boards including- Michigan State University Alumni Board of Directors for the school of Business/Hospitality, Community Resource Center, New Village Arts, and several others.
